What we hold

• Account details: your name, email address, organization and role.
• The safety records your organization enters, such as inspections, hazards, corrective actions, accidents and training.
• A security and audit trail of who did what, so records can be trusted.

Who processes it for us

• Hosting and database: Vercel and Neon (United States).
• AI features (VERA and the translator): OpenAI processes the question and the relevant records to produce an answer.
• Email: Resend sends account and notification emails.

What we don't do

• We don't sell personal data.
• Each organization's records are kept separate, and access follows each person's role.
• The website demo form sends your request to our team by email. It isn't added to our database.
